I finally located some pork bones at the butcher, all they had were neck
bones cut up. How do I do the marrow thing with these?
Everywhere else I checked, they did not carry pork bones, not even Whole
Foods, the pork comes to them processed already with no bones....
Will neck bones work? I was thinking of cooking them very slightly and then
pounding them open and eating the marrow? OR any other suggestions?
