Lately I've been thinking about building a similar one to use my existing
trays outside in the sun.  Build a wood frame and attach some little $2 fans
from CVS or someplace, stick in my trays, and let the sun beat down it's LIFE
upon the meat...

I'll call it Essene Meat Bread...   :)
