How cool to have a naturopath covered by insurance!  We have a long way
to go here in Tennessee.

I've also wondered about the minimal waste issue as a benefit of
paleo.  I have had similar results.  I'm guessing that the body is
getting more efficient, cleaner burning fuel, therefore less waste.

My bowels have finally calmed down after years of torturing me.  But I
certainly don't have a daily.
As far as the colon cancer goes, I've heard all that as well.  I am
trying to recall a study that I read that refutes the idea that frequent
large bowel movements are necessary for good colon health.  Since I
can't recall much more than that I hesitated to mention it, but I will
try to find the specific study.
