A point of relevance to me with respect to wine and a peleofood diet is
that since I am consuming so much more fat on a paleofood diet in the
belief that good fats in the absence of carbohydrates of the level
consumed with a nonpaleo diet will do me well, but good fats with the
consumption of carbohydrate levels of the average modern diet will do me
harm, just where on the spectrum of good and harm will a 1/2 of a bottle
of burgandy fall. Yes, it is said that the liver will convert alcohol to
sugar, but Research (which, unless it helps my preferences, I usually
take with a grain of salt {some are not aware of this grain}) suggests
that wine decreases cardiovascular risk. I have considered that this may
mean that wine has a beneficial affect on fats, considering that alcohol
cleans fat and oil off of objects. Of course, the value may be in
relaxing both the physical and the mental.
