I looked at it today and it was full of chemicals and had hydrogenated lard
as an ingredient. I then stopped by the HFS. They didn't carry it. I have
removed it from the shopping list.

I have added this to the list:

tomato paste/sauce (must not have flavorings or natural flavors, nor salt)

and moved honey to the HFS section and changed it to:

honey (optional, raw unfiltered only)

Do note that on page 93 in Ray's book he uses raw unfiltered honey in his
waldorf salad.
