I must admit to being astounded at the prices people will pay for
something that they can make themselves for 1/4 the price for something
better. All Pemmican is is dried, pounded or shredded meat, dried
raisins or cherries, and fat. An investment of $100-$125 for a good
dehydrator that will last at least 20 years and a few groceries will
keep you going almost forever. Ok, count in maybe a hour's actual
hands-on work, too, per batch.
Y'all live in the city, right? No offense intended, but good Lord!
