For food, I guess carrots. Maybe ginko leaves have enough
ginkolydes in them to be useful on a salad. Tea has cafiene, which helps.
Some people sware by Ginsing. I take a multi-vitamen type suplement. I
do plan on giving them up (exept for antioxidents) when I get out of
school. Until then, I think my brain deserves every chance it can to
grasp obscure subjects.
Raves are large, illegal dances. The music is high-energy techno,
usually 140 bpm+. L.A. Style would be the most popular raver band I can
think of.
One book on the relationship between breakfast and the metabolism
might be "The Carbohydrate Addicts Diet." Not being a CHO addict, I
haven't read the book. However, it is common knowledge that fat people
are often breakfast skippers. I know two cases of fat non-eaters. They
eat very little. Now, I too eat very little at times, but that is because
it takes fat 6 hours to digest - so two meals a day fill me right up.
When you don't eat much, you get tired. Thus the connection between
sedentary lifestyle and obesity is set in stone.
