I use a sieve, and I only filter it after the initial rendering.  I don't
worry about the small bits.  Do you think the Native Americans did?  I'd
tend to doubt that they got to anal about it.  I mean, they didn't have
stoves, blenders or cheesecloth, right?

I have a good sieve but I am reading from the list that the sieve is not
enough, I MUST use cheesecloth or similar, right? What do you guys do?
