Anyone know who Edward G. Robinson is? If I could stabilize my
weight at around his weight I'd be set. It's all a matter of spacetime,
really. In our current spacetime the advertizements use ectomorphic
people to sell clothes because their bodies are more manipulatable to the
camera. But in the spacetime of Film Noir Robinson looked good (or evil,
seeing as he always played bad guys) at the weight he was.
Right now I'm assuming my weight will stabilize at around 5% body
fat anyway. I seem to be the modle NeanderThin dieter for whatever
reason.
The worst thing about the way excess body fat deposites itself in
guys has gotta be the he-boobs. "Love handles" got their name for a
reason, but he-boobs are a definate threat to the masculine ego.
Warm fuzzies to everyone with under 40 lbs to go. It's gonna take
a might bit longer, but you can do it. Watch talk shows with -really- fat
people on them and be glad you've only got a little bit more to go, and
that you've arrested the upward spiral. (I was headed for 500 lbs at age
30 if I continues the way I was going).
