298 lbs. I've finally broke the 300 lbs barrier. I am starting
to believe that breaking the 200 lbs. bariar is not only possible, but
inevitable.
I had no idea what my wieght was at when I started Neanderthin,
but my guess was somewhere around 350. Let's make it 325 to be
conservative.
My "project" for the rest of August is to develope a taste for
Avacado. At first I din't exactly like pemmican, beef jerky, or uncurred
bacon, but with the execption of the latter being fragged, it's OK.
The current bacon I have is -too thick- to be microwaved OK. I'm
going to start munching through the whole thing, nothing but bacon
breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to get rid of the crap. It ALWAYS burns in
the microwave because of the incosistant cooking times of the flesh and
fat parts of the bacon.
Is there anyone here who likes guacamoli but -not- avacado? I'm
wondering if I should try to make the former if the later doesn't appeal
to me. I read recently about how wonderful avacado's are, and they
appear to be a perfect fruit for NeanderThin. I'm wondering if I can use
it like cheese to top a hamburger. Not that I -want- cheese, but the
article recomended them instead of cheese for salads and sandwiches.
I start 2nd shift today. I hope my body can take the increased
solar raditation and the like. At least it's getting darker all the
time. One thing I do NOT follow on NeanderThin is the sunlight thing.
The ONLY place you need sun for vitamen D is your cheeks. Otherwise, I
don't even use short sleave shirts in the summer if I can avoid it.
Without the negative effects of grains on my system I hope that I can
avoid the need for too much sun.
