Does anybody have a good recipe for dairy free cheesecake?  I've tried a
tofu recipe but it was pretty lousy.  I tried a creamcheese substitute
product by Soymage but it tastes horrible before trying to make a
cheesecake with it.  I have to absolutely eliminate casein and lactose in
food so cheesecake is a bit of a challenge.  Any help or suggestions would
be appreciated.  Thanks!
