go

there has been much talk about that being the reaction for other children on
 this list also.

I am sorry - I must not have been clear !! When we first started working
with Christopher's diet, the first DRAMATIC improvement in his behavior was
after we removed all dairy products from his diet. Please forgive the error
.... we have been trying to absorb all this information as fast as possible
..... this is QUITE a challenge !! Our other 4 pediatricians really pushed
RITALIN as a means to control our son's behavior ..... and finally we found a
doctor who is willing to try all the alternatives before resorting to
medications. Needless to say, all of the diet restrictions are a lot to
remember ..... but it gets to be very overwhelming sometimes ..... when I
read that sometimes there are milk products in ham ..... when NON DAIRY
products can still contain milk products .....

Anyway, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I will try to be more clear in
the future !!

Thanks.
Tammy
