No, all milks have lactose - that's the sugar in it.  Different mammal
milks have differnt amounts.

There are several dairy free chocolates.  I actually eat chunks of baking
chocolate or find Parve chips.

Other than that, we deal with dairy allergy, so are usually looking for
proteins and not lactose per se.
