for our grilled cheese sandwiches we use soya Kaas american cheddar style.
it comes in single slices and after grilling the bread with the cheese in it
tastes fine... not just like real cheese but a good sub... for our macaroni
and cheese we tried today i ussed soy-sation cheddar style. This melted
wonderfully but of course we wanted it to taste like cheese. It was ok but i
don't know if i would make it again. I think in a sandwich it would be
wonderful. Of course i'd add green pepers and onion .....
hope this helps
Tracy
