Look on the Poptarts box - on Kellogg's there will be a statement, in
bold type, under the list of ingredients, stating "Milk Free Product".
What a help this has been to us! Some of the milk free flavors are
watermelon, wildberry, brown sugar & cinnamon, frosted strawberry,
frosted blueberry. Now when my milk-allergic son wants to sleep over
with a friend, I send along a pack of poptarts and tell the Mom he can
have fruit juice and poptarts for breakfast - no more worrying about
packets of soy milk & cereall! They're great on the plane too, small,
light, easy to carry in a ziplock bag in my purse.

psam
