Peter G. Tallas is correct about the hydrogenated fats in margarine.

It is much safer to use the soft forms of margarine in tubs. There is
more un-hydrogenated oil than in the stick kind.

The giant food industries, in their mad greed for money, are putting the
health of America at risk, and making unhealthy stuff taste so good the
people keep eating it.

I am interested in finding out just what "fat free" food they are now
making with that potentailly dangerous stuff called "Olean", the fake fat
they named so that people would mistake it for "Oleo". I have decided
not to buy anything that is "fat free" as it is usally loaded with
chemicals, sugar or salt.
