I just looked it up on Amazon.com Bookstore and found: Physician's Desk
Reference 1998,  Price $74.95.   Hardcover 52nd edition (November 1997)  Medical
Economics Data; ISBN: 1563632527 (I didn't look up paperback copy)  The 1999
edition is due out soon.

I have seen the PDR at stores and if $75 is too expensive, why not ask a friend
or doctor in the medical field if you can have one of their old copies.  Our
Pedatrician gave me her old PDR.
