I may be joining you in a few months when I wean my (now) 9 mo dairy
allergic daughter. I am very suspicious that my around- the-clock, around-
the -calendar stuffy nose was due to dairy. I thought it might be molds at
first because my nose only got stuffy at night, then between pregnancies it
got really bad. But now that I'm off dairy, it's cleared up- With a few
exceptions. I was at my in- laws last week- and they had mik- full mayo and
possibly lunchmeat (deli, w/o label). That night I slept over at their
house and my nose stuffed up again. My husband's been eating his pizza, Ice
cream, cool whip, and homemade lasagna in front of me, and keeps asking how
long I'll be milk-free. He keeps saying he'll remind the kids all that I
sacrificed while nursing. Now I may have to go for the duration.
