I'm sorry--Wise CHOice, the frozen dessert mix, contains egg white although
it has no gluten.

I have several products under development that contain neither.  Since eggs
and gluten are off-topic for this list, I'll be glad to correspond with you
privately to discuss whether they fit your needs.
