Hi,
I've been lurking here to learn the ins and outs of milk allergies.
I'm looking for information on what it takes to manufacture food/food
supplements that are safe for people who are severely allergic--especially
what kinds of certifications for raw ingredients are necessary and what
kinds of handling and cleaning procedures are adequate. Unfortunately, I
have not been able to find this information in the technical literature.
Can you direct me to sources?
