We have to start over next year with a different teacher.
I am getting my
information together now. I am hoping that if I can show
her all the
different names for dairy, and explain the multitude of
products that contain
it, things will go a little smoother. I am not expecting
miracles. (just
hoping for one)

If you haven't yet, go to this URL and print off the Milk
Protein Allergies Teachers Handbook. Give it to the new
teacher (and the school nurse, and the principal, and the
room mother, and anybody else who will take one). Give
them a list of the names under which milk is found in
foods. What a help! Our school nurse at the last school
still has this, and the milk name list I gave her, posted
on her wall.
