Try soya milk or vanilla soya milk in your coffee. (I guess
you'll have to look for ones without grains added).
Fill your mug one third to one half full of soya milk. Heat
in the microwave for 25 seconds. Stir well and add coffee
as you keep stirring. This way the soya milk does not
curdle.
It is nice and creamy too.
