I just called Hershey's toll free number, and spoke with a pleasant
lady taking information.

The Reference Number they give out in the form letter is a personal
number to reference each piece of E-Mail they receive. It's not a
project number.

However, they are quite happy to accept calls from folks who haven't
previously e-mailed. It saves them a step of assigning numbers and
confirming a second contact.

They want to know if you purchase Hershey's products now, and if you'll
still be able to purchase them after the reformulation. Obviously,
they are trying to gauge whether their sales will rise or fall
after the reformulation.
