Hi,
I don't know about the product you mention but I do know that Vance's
DairiFree Non-Dairy Beverage Mix is GF.  It has lots of calcium, vitamins
and minerals.  It is made from potatoes.  I use it for everything -
puddings, cooking, baking, drinking, etc.
It can be purchased in health food stores, Ener-G Products, etc.
