My 6 year old son has just been prescribed Ritalin for his ADHD.   He is
lactose intolerant.   As of yet I have not given him any--even though I
had the prescription filled--because I want to find out as much about
Ritalin as possible.
 
While searching the internet for information about Ritalin I found that
one of the ingredients is lactose.  Does anyone take Ritalin or know of
anyone who is lactose intolerant who takes Ritalin?  I would like to
know if the lactose is in enough quantity to efffect  someone who is
lactose intolerant.
