Vegan Rella's parent company has a web page at http://www.rella.com
I would not recommend using these products on either pizza or a grilled
cheese. We use them occasionally in small quantities when we are
tossing a pasta dish (Italian VeganRella) or melting in a tortilla
(Mexican VeganRella) but they are not good straight. There are quite a
few recipes on their web page for more ideas obout how to use them if
you have them.
The Soymage is pretty waxy but melts okay for some recipes, but I
wouldn't use it in one you were eating for the cheese.
Many companies can ship you products across borders directly to your
home but cannot ship to a retail store. Be sure to ask if you can buy a
small sample directly!
