I recently bought some Rice Slice Mozzarella Flavor Soy Free cheese
alternative.

Two of the ingredients read:

Tricalcium and Potassium Phosphates (a source of calcium, potassium,
and phosphorus, naturallly present in cheese)...

Are these potentially ingredients someone with a milk allergy might
react to?

Darn, just read the ingredients again for the 16th time and saw
Casein in it... I kept looking for that one and didn't see it before
buying...

Oh, well, so how about the phosphates?
