According to my ingredient lists for MacDonalds in Canada (which are
about 6 months old). There is no dairy in McDonalds buns. However I have
not tested this theory myself because Zack is also allergic to beef so
there is no point.  As I say it says dairy free on the ingredient list
that is 6 months old. You may want to give them a call.
