Simple answer: yes. Any dairy protein. And, if you want to be sure about
it, you'll remove any dairy product whatsoever: milk fat, whey, lactose,
casein (aka, sodium caseinate), non-fat milk solids, etc.

If removing some milk products shows some improvement, then expect more
from removing all. But if removing some milk products does not show
improvement, you cannot infer that milk products play no role. Therefore,
take them all out. If there's improvement, then you can try to see if any
are tolerated.
