>Six hours later I was vomiting and experiencing severe diarhea where's
spell checker when you need it?). The next day I was running a fever and
still felt terrible. Today (Monday), I feel the way I used to feel when I
ate dairy products; a general sense of malaise, like a low grade bug. My
question is this -- are these still LI symtoms or am I allergic?<

Vomiting, fever, and malaise are not normal symptoms of either LI or milk
allergy in an adult. Are you sure you didn't encounter some bad food or
have a coincidental intestinal bug?
