Burger King To Offer Crispier Fries
MIAMI (AP) - Burger King is hoping to burn archrival McDonald's
with a crispier french fry. Burger King said yesterday that it will
introduce the new fries next month. The Chicago Tribune said
yesterday that Burger King spent nearly two years testing and
recreating its fries. The new fries ``include a batter-like coating
on the spud that makes the fries crispier and hold up longer,'' the
newspaper reported. A McDonald's spokesman said the company wasn't
worried.

Anyone know if the final recipe is lactose-free?
