I have been told on good authority that milk and goats milk have identical
proteins.  So those with food allergies avoid all dairy.  And those with
allergies should avoid goats milk.   If someone is lactose intollerance
....well I am unsure of the answer since we have kids with life threatening
food allergies and have to avoid all dairy products I don't proclaim to
understand what intollerances are about
