Rice Dream is good sub in some recipes (like mashed potatoes), but not for
pumpkin pie. Pumpkin pie works great with tofu because it is much thicker.
As in most "tofu as an ingredient" recipes-the flavor of the seasonings,
pumpkin and a little honey is what makes them yummy! Good Luck-Cherie
