Try eating at home and avoiding other sources of MSG: packaged foods, processed meats like deli meats, salami, bologna, sausage, hot dogs, bacon, canned tuna, breading on meats and veggies.......it's a big list. MSG is AKA hydrolyzed protein (any kind), natural flavors, yeast extract, flavorings, spices. Digestive upset is one of the most common reactions, along with heart palpitations, mood changes, panic attacks, elbow pain, neck and back pain, headaches, fullness in the throat, and mysterious bruises.
