I am facing a corporate celebration including a dinner at a Japanese
restaurant. Usually I handle these things just fine, but this one is causing
me a lot of anxiety. I think it is because I know nothing about Japanese
cooking and what might be safe and what hidden sources of gluten I'm likely
to run into. I checked the archives and it just made more paranoid.
I'm planning on talking to the restaurant a few days before the dinner. If
anyone has any suggestions about what to ask for, I would be glad to receive
them.
