Hi All!
I just found a place in Denver that makes a gluten free cake,
(Chocolate Raspberry), it's called Sugarless Sensations at 6905 S.
Broadway in Littleton. (303) 794-2753.
I spoke to the owner and the cake is made from a rice, potato
starch, tapioca combination and is made to order.
She also would, tenatively, be interested in baking bread for us.
However the bread recipe that works the best for her (in this altitude)
would include small amounts of quinoa and amaranth to help the texture.
If anyone is interested please email me. Or better yet call Sweet
Sensations and let her know that there is a market out there.
I have no financial (or other) interest in Sweet Sensations. I'm
just a mom trying to find more stuff for her Celiac kid to eat.
