It's just a summary folks..... double check w/ manufacturers to make
sure it's currently GF!

*****BBQ Sauce Summary*****

>From the Tri-County Celiac Support Group from Omaha, NE, the following
BBQ sauces were stated as GF: Along with all varities of Cattlemen, was
K.C. Masterpiece Original (1-800-53-SAUCE) and Lea & Perrins Original,
Bold 'n Spicy and Tomato, Garlic & Herb. (they only have a NJ number at
(1-201-791-1600 - toll call if you are not in NJ). In the products
above, they claim the following ingredients were corn derived: vinegar,
high fructowse corn syrup, modified food starch, hydrolyzed soy and corn
protein. The molasses is cane sugar.

KC Masterpeice Barbeque Sauce is gluten free according to the
manufacturer.  I know they told me that the original is gluten free, I
think that there was one sauce that was'nt.  Maybe one with soy sauce.
There is an 800 number on the bottle so they are very easy to contact.

Lea & Perrins is GF.  Original and Bold & Spicy.  Yum.

Does A-1 steak sauce qualify as BBQ sauce??! It is GF. **(I think A1 has
white vinegar)
