Thank you to everyone who gave me advice about the garbanzo bean flour. I
finally did find a bag of it at a local health food store..(it was there
last one!)

Here's the recipe..

Walrus Bread

1 cup garbanzo bean flour
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch flour
3 tsp xanthum gum
1 tsp salt
2 tbl sugar
1 tbl dry yeast (Red Star)
2 eggs
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1 1/3 cup hot water

Mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. (No need to sift if you don't want to)

In another bowl mix eggs, oil, vinegar and water.

Mix liquid into dry ingredients.

Spoon into bread machine. Set on light or medium setting. Bake.

This will make 1 1/2 lbs. of bread.

The person that I got the recipe from makes her's on the medium setting. She
tried the light but prefered the medium. That's what I tasted and it was good!
