Hi Debbie,

I can't help you with the bread, but you might want to know that there is
gluten in the corned beef you mentioned.  Most processed meats contain a
certain amount of food starch.  If it is below the FDA guidelines, they
do not have to list it on the label. I was given this info by someone who
I knew and who worked in the meat industry.

For me, my rule is no cold cuts and no store bought deli meats.  I only
eat what I cook on my own.

Hope you find a good bread recipe.  I don't have bread that often, but I
did  find a really good rice/almond bread "Food for Life" bread in my
health food store....pricey but I make this one of my few food luxuries.
