I'm new to CD and would like to know what is the best thing to do when I
occasionally have a "gluten reaction." I tried taking the antacid Gaviscon,
but I'm not sure it is GF (besides, it doesn't help).

I'll gladly summarize your responses and post the results to the list.
Thanks for any help! [...]41_21Oct199714:06:[log in to unmask] 9710C 1745 68 44_The Sprue-nik Press, Oct. 1997 (Part 1 of 6)9_Jim [log in to unmask], 21 Oct 1997 23:50:01 EST280_- <<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

Hi folks,
With Hallowe'en just around the corner I have been getting prepared. This
year my son wants to be T-Rex. I decided to make a mask for him, using
paper mache. If you don't know paper mache is an art technique using water
and flour as a paste. First I tried tapioca and water. This mixture did
not work. So anyone interested in making a paper mache somthing-or-other,
use the gluten-free flour mix (from Bette Hagman). It worked wonderfully.

Happy Hallowe'en
Chris in Ontario
