I have a question regarding B12 deficiency. I was diagnosed with B12
deficiency before being diagnosed with CD. I cannot absorb B12 through
my digestive system. Question, after one becomes gf can they absorb B12?
I thought my inability to absorb B12 would cease once my intestines heal.
Also, my doctor has given me B12 that is in the form of a gel that I use
in my nose every week. He said this works like a B12 shot. Has anyone
else used this B12 treatment and does it work? He still recommends the
shots in addition to this gel.
