Hi listees!

We are traveling to the Outer Banks of North Carolina in another week. Does
anyone know of good places to shop and/or dine in that area? We will have a
kithcen so knowing of a grocery store and/or health food store which are GF-
friendly would be a big help.

The celiac in our family is 2 years old and is the youngest of 3 kids. Family
friendly places are important.
