Dear Listmates,  Correspondence from Taco Bell listed the following as
"safe" : Pintos and Cheese, Been Tostada, Nachos, Nachos Supreme(minus the
beef), Nachos Bellgrande (minus the beef), Side Items/Toppings include
cheese sauce, Guacamole, Hot or mild Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, Nacho Chips,
Pico de Gallo, Produce Items, Sour Cream, Seasoned Rice, Picante Sauce.

Also Tiger Milk bars, Protein rich, Peanut butter, and Peanut Butter/Honey

Food bars not certified GF but no gluten except for almond butter crunch
which has oats.  My son has had one of these, the almond brownie one,
without a problem.  They and Tiger Milk bars are a special treat to him.
He thinks they are candy and they make travelling easier.

Lastly, he has just received his latest report on bloodwork - no detectible
antibodies!!- afterbeing on the diet for two years ( He is 3 1/2.)
