Since I am leaving this week for Alabama to be there for the birth of the
twins, I would like to ask for help with recipes. I plan on cooking meals
and freezing them for Russ and his wife while I am there. Since he has not
lived home in awhile, I am no longer an "experienced" celiac cook.  Would
appreciate any recipes you might like to share with me that are gluten,
soy, lactose, peanut and corn-free? Large order, right?
