Ok I've run across 1 maybe 2 recipes in cookbooks that use alternative
flours such as almond and sweet potato flour. Jouder/sorghum is another
harder one to find. If anyone has recipes for bread or anything that use a
flour other than oat, rice, wheat, corn, as the base please email it to me.
(I've got 20+ cookbooks that are especially for people with diet
restrictions like wheat, corn, eggs etc but they all seam to like rice
flour??!! I'm starting to wonder if I'm not developing a allegery to rice
because it seams like that's all I'm eating!!) Any ways I would greatly
appreciate your help.
