Has anyone used sound recorder or creative wave in Windows95?  I can find
the "record" and "play" buttons.  However, when I try to record from my
built-in mic, line in, or any other source, I hear nothing but digital
static.  Does anyone know how to work with this program?  I'd greatly
appreciate any help.
