Thanks for your informative message with regards to the Three Rivers
Center for Independent Living.
I feel it would be nice to have a second system competing with rehab but
not a system with inexperienced professionals.
A second system would provide individuals with a second opinion and help
to reduce the waiting period, and in a market economy a second system
would force the first system to improve its services.
Well just sharing my thoughts with the list.  Have a good weekend.  smile

PS There should be one blindness organization and two rehab systems not
