Pittsburgh Port Authority Transit is developing its new Internet site at
http://www.portauthority.org or http://www.ridegold.com

I received a note from the developer asking for input and advice on how to
make this site more useful and useable by the blind and visually impaired.

A year or two ago, schedules were converted into graphic images using the
.gif format. The new site has text data, but I find it difficult to use.

There is a form seeking comments at the link labeled "talking with
authority" or you may send a note directly to [log in to unmask]
describing your experience.

Is there a web page which provides bus schedules in a more accessible
format?
