There's a funny sequence in "Never Cry Wolf" where the hero lives on nothing
but field mice, so as to prove that wolves can do the same. He cooks them
almost every way imaginable.

Fried mouse-on-a-stick might make a good snack, and the tiny bones would be
a good source of calcium.
