The following article by Mary Enig and Sally Fallon, at
http://www.rheumatic.org/soy.htm, caused quite a stir on the Type
A message board at www.dadamo.com, where Dr. D'Adamo extolls the
virtues of tofu as a protein source for people with type A blood.
Dr. D'Adamo had no substantive reply to the information in the
Enig/Fallon article, other than to repeat the alleged anti-cancer
properties of tofu.

I note with interest that Enig and Fallon also state that "Blood
type A people should be nearly vegetarian."
